Welcome to the HETRA store. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to HETRA. HETRA operates and manages information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") through its website and store, in order to offer you a personalized shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify as our infrastructure provider.
These Terms of Service, together with all policies and texts referred to herein (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), govern the rights and obligations you have when using the Services.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase to us. HETRA reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason. Your order is not considered final until HETRA has confirmed acceptance of it.
Acceptance of an order may be conditional on receipt of payment and verification of the transaction. Please carefully review all information before completing your order. It may not always be possible to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email/phone/address information you provided when placing the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely under our Refund Policy. For hygiene and health reasons, return and exchange of products whose packaging has been opened/tried on may not be possible under the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. Charges are based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed and are shown in the order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, processing, customs, or import fees.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices on third-party platforms. We may also publish promotional terms from time to time. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern within the scope of the relevant promotion.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processes, or reasons beyond our control. As a rule, the risk of damage and loss passes to the buyer once the products are handed to the courier (your rights under applicable consumer law remain reserved).

All text, images, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, interfaces, brand elements, and all other content on the Services (including product reviews) belong to HETRA and/or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

We bear no responsibility for outcomes that may arise from your use of third-party tools; it is your responsibility to review the relevant third party's terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or activities of such sites. Any transactions you carry out with third-party sites are entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
HETRA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make through our store are carried out directly with HETRA. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify bears no responsibility for anything arising from the sales between you and HETRA, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with HETRA.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
The principles governing the processing of your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. As the Services are provided through Shopify's infrastructure, you agree that Shopify may also process data under its own privacy policy.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW (PROPOSED AMENDMENT)
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara (Central) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
